PowerDataChat offers the following subscription plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in USD. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by PowerDataChat and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and files you upload to the Service. You grant PowerDataChat a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The outputs generated by the Service (charts, tables, analysis results) based on your data are yours to use for any lawful purpose.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will attempt to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerDataChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated analysis may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying results before making business decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

PowerDataChat uses AI models (via Google Gemini API) to generate Python code based on your natural-language questions. Your raw spreadsheet data is never sent to the AI model. Only your questions and the AI-generated code are transmitted to external AI services. Your actual data is processed locally on our servers by a Python execution engine.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will trigger deletion of your data within 30 days. Uploaded files associated with deactivated chats are removed automatically.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage on Google Cloud Platform, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and not upload highly sensitive personal information.

We want you to be satisfied with PowerDataChat. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. If you subscribed to Standard or Pro and are not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a complete refund. No qualifiers, no exceptions, no conditions.
After the 14-day refund window has passed, no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
